Time for some Listening practice
Simple Spanish Conversations.
Minutes
(But it’s just listening, dude!)
Spanish conversations!
Listening can be the hardest part of learning Spanish. It takes time to get your hearing accustomed to the rhythm and sounds of a new language. However, the more time you put in, the easier it becomes to understand what people are saying to you.
¿Cómo te llamas? It’s one of the three most basic Spanish questions which we covered in the first part of this class. In the audios we’ll listen to below we’ll hear how native speakers respond to this question and its variants (¿Cómo se llama?, ¿Cómo se llaman?, etc.).
These audios are aimed at beginner level learners. Hopefully, you’ll find the simple conversations in this class a nice and easy introduction to Spanish listening. For more advanced audios visit our Listen & Learn section.
Our native speakers are talking just slightly more slowly than their normal speed.
How did you go with those short conversations? A little difficult to distinguish one word from another? Don’t worry, it gets loads easier with practice!
We haven’t included the translations. Sorry, sometimes you’ve got to be cruel to be kind amigos!
